SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS:

I want to study the cerebral cortex and its computational functions, including how information is processed, represented, and stored in cortical circuits, and how in turn this information reshapes the circuits by means of learning. All this integrating experimental and theoretical approaches at the single neuron and network levels.
