SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS:
I am highly interested in brain plasticity. How are neural pathways altered during memory and learning? How does the brain adapt in response to injury? I am interested in studying the electrical and chemical changes during those processes. Furthermore, I am intrigued by neural stem cells and their role in brain palsticity.
